Data collected through the request form

Name, email, occasion, date, number of guests, preferred space and the message you choose to send. They are used only to reply to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).

The data are not stored in a database on this site: they reach the estate by email through the Brevo sending service (Sendinblue SAS, France) and are kept in the estate's mailbox for as long as needed to handle the request and any event, and in any case no longer than 24 months.

To protect the form from spam, the site uses Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): when you send, it checks that the request comes from a person, using technical data about the browser and connection. It uses no profiling cookies and serves no advertising purpose. Legal basis: legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and statistics

This site uses technical cookies needed to remember your language and cookie choices (cookie cc_cookie, 6 months). It uses no profiling cookies and no advertising trackers. Visit statistics are anonymous and cookie-free (Cloudflare Web Analytics).

With your consent, given through the banner or the button on the Contact page, the Contact page shows a Google Maps map (Google Ireland Ltd), which may set its own cookies and transfer data outside the EU under Google's privacy policy. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which processes technical browsing data (IP address, browser) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to fattoriaisassoli@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
